Cake Mix Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

1 box of cake mix

½ cup butter, melted

2 eggs

ADD-INS:

½ cup oats

½ cup chocolate chips

DIP-INS:

Powdered sugar

Cinnamon sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix together with an electric mixer.  Drop by rounded Tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet.  Bake in oven for 8 minutes.  Yields:  24 cookies.

Note:  The possibilities for this recipe are endless.  You can use any cake mix and combine it with any add-ins you can think of.  It’s a quick, easy, and delicious way to make any kind of cookie.  Your imagination is the limit!
